A-Management Inc. solves organization and communication problems by working closely with clients.  Together, we develop ideas, vision, strategy, values, the company profile, communication, and market planning.  We specialize in complex activity challenges* as part of developing businesses and organizations.  In big projects, when necessary, we work with external specialists and consultants.

Göran Adenskog, mechanical engineer and Master in Business and Management, established our consultancy in 1989.  We serve customers in the public and private sectors.  Most customers are either businesses (both big and mid-size) or organizations.  In large structural and rationalization projects, we often accept complete responsibility through such assignments as interim CEO, marketing manager, and member of the board of directors.

What is a complex activity challenge?

“A complex activity challenge is characterized by the lack of readily available complete solutions, difficulty to predict which methods and procedures are needed to solve an issue, and that the issue has or potentially can have great significance for business operations. Often, the situation signifies a paradox between the need for immediate action and stopping and reflecting about what the issue really means.  In many cases, several persons, units, or organizations need to cooperate based on flexibility, willingness to change perspectives, innovation and perseverance, which become the keys to success.”
